New facilities for this independent hospital providing an additional 16 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, general disabled bathrooms, cooking and dining/common room facilities.

Also involved provision of a new Sterile Services Facility extension to provide the in-house capability and private cleaning facility for sterilising all operating instruments. This facility to have positive pressure Hepa filter ventilation system to NHS standards.

These major two storey extension works were constructed whilst the existing hospital and operating theatres remained open.
