Croxley Green Business Park is located in Watford, within an area of attractive parkland and lakes. When our client took ownership of the business park, Povall Worthington were commissioned to design and manage a major redevelopment scheme of the existing office buildings.

Working alongside the client's preferred Contractor has enabled each building to be refurbished and expanded in time for fit-outs by new tenants of international acclaim.

Office & reception areas were extended, following Planning & Building Control Approval and all existing internal finishes were replaced with new modern materials.
