WATERFRONT PLAZA - BELFAST

Having successfully achieved a number of very tight targets and programmes for this client they approached our practice to prepare the production information for this building which had been designed by others. We were appointed to prepare the Building Control submission, fire engineering strategy and construction tender packages.

We were also appointed as client representative to administer the contract and monitor quality of the works. The works completed on-schedule to a 'record-breaking' programme, allowing the client to secure a major 'blue-chip' letting.
