The practice was commisssioned to design a high-specification 4 star hotel for this holiday resort on the North Coast. The client wished to reflect the traditions of the local area externally, whilst encouraging the use of modern interior design.

Accomodation includes over 200 bedrooms, a 400 seat function room, 8 business suites, restaurant, bar, lounge and leisure facilities with swimming pool, spa and associated ancillary areas. 25 apartments with separate entrances are positioned on the top floor with on site car parking and attractively landscaped areas.
