Povall Worthington were appointed to provide Project Management for the re-instatement of a smoke and fire damaged Currys retail store.
We established the extent of the works required and co-ordinated preparation works, working with approximately 20 specialist contractors and the client's nominated main contractor. We monitored and advised of works on site through to completion.
Works included: smoke cleansing, water damage replacement, renewal of air conditioning, security installations, renewal of fittings and fixtures, provision of temporary signage/advertising and consultation with landlords agent.
As required by the client's brief, the store re-opened for trading prior to Christmas.
