Povall Worthington are commissioned to conduct detailed condition surveys of each property, recording where preventive repairs would be necessary. Our Building Surveyors addressed potential wear and tear problems, so that future repair costs would be minimised.

Written reports on each property were issued to the client, before proceeding with the appropiate maintenance and repair works.
