TOWER CENTRE - BALLYMENA, CO.ANTRIM

The Tower Centre hosts over 50 retailers, serving the Ballymena area. Povall Worthington were comissioned by DTZ McCombe Pierce to survey the existing centre with a view to refurbishing the building fabric.

Our Building Surveyors conducted a detailed survey, recording where preventive repairs would be neccessary. This addressed potential wear and tear problems, so that future repair costs would be minimised. A realistic 5 year maintenance programme was produced with estimated costs, for the property agents to put into action with their maintenance contractors.
