ARDS SHOPPING CENTRE - COUNTY DOWN

Ards Shopping Centre opened in 1976, as one of Northern Ireland's first, and serves a large catchment area covering the North Down & Ards districts. The Practice has extended & refurbished the centre over the last decade, as it has continued to expand and redevelop.

The latest phase of redevelopment proposes a 4th mall linking two of the existing malls. 20 new retail units will be introduced with high quality interiors to the mall. Attractive contemporary elevations to the road side will feature a new bright and welcoming pedestrian entrance.

A high-spec multi-deck car park, will make access easier, safer and more pleasant. A high-tech pedestrian bridge will link this into a new daylight entrance atrium.
