Refurbishment and extension of a number of properties within Dumfries town centre to create an improved retail environment. These improvements tie in with the local urban renewal plans, helping to revive retailing in Dumfries, attract new customers and new major retailers.
36-38 High Street was a former supermarket and was the first property to be refurbished, receiving a much needed 'face-lift'. This was let to a major clothing retailer at design stage.
70 High Street was the latest property to be refurbished, receiving more minor refurbishment works prior to the tenant's fit-out. This was let to a major clothing retailer, prior to commencement.
Letting and development of other properties are on-going and have been assisted with proposals designed by the practice.
