Parkway Shopping Centre in Coulby Newham, Middlesborough, dates from the 1980s. PBN acquired the property in 2006 & Povall Worthington were instructed to prepare the Planning Application for the refurbishment & extension of the centre to meet current retailing expectations.

Proposals feature a new two storey entrance and new longer units, more appropiate for modern retailing activity. Access arrangements will be improved and the existing mall refurbished.

Full Planning permission for the proposals was awarded in 2008.
