A four storey apartment block designed to take advantage of panoramic sea views. The development overlooks Belfast Lough, giving residents un-obstructive views across to Holywood.

Six apartments with private terraces are accomodated on the upper levels, and car parking is provided at a half-basement level. The contemporary design uses a number of different materials and glazed balconies to provide an interesting and eye-catching street frontage. Some finishes were changed to reduce costs prior to construction.
