Modern replacement family dwelling, located on a secluded surburban site. Exploring the client's wishes for a larger home led to the development of a new dwelling with a spacious & flexible plan.

Entrance, living and dining facilites merge on the ground floor, while bedroom accomodation is located on the first floor. The considered use of glazing, frames the surrounding trees and gives each room a unique design.
